Armed with the Divi editor and an idea, I set out to create a Website to showcase our work.
Setting a foundation, the pages will grow as we do, becoming more and more personalised with every change.
Then, as we buy and renovate our first properties, they’ll showcase our journey.
Getting our details straight
Every good property investor has a set of core documents they use throughout their work.
Direct-to-vendor letters, Hunting Briefs, Power team contacts, Finance Documents, Loan agreements and so many more…
While some of these are never meant for the public eye, others are ideal to share and showcase.
With a new format – a website – we have the chance to upload, review and improve any relevant documents we want to have visible.
Meanwhile, just the act of working on the website gets us into a better position to refine our private documents, too.

While a website alone wont make any business succeed, taking the time to get a website together is both exciting and motivating!
I can’t wait to find our first deal and get the pictures, the story and the final results published into the site! Of course, that isn’t the only motivation – I’m excited to take that bold and brave plunge into the property market to mark a major step on our journey, too, but knowing the site is there ready and waiting to document it all is just another reason to pursue this dream.
